We are looking for a content expert to join our team!

As a content marketer at Luminis, no day is the same.

One day you are working on our website, the next day you are organizing events and designing the necessary marketing materials.
You meet the team at one of our offices and have a quick call with a colleague about interesting content for our blog. Variety, collaboration and fun, that’s what working in the Luminis marketing team is all about!

Wat are you going to do?

Our marketingteam consists of 3 marketers and 2 recruiters. Why recruiters? Because within the recruitment field we do a lot of marketing. Think of employer branding, campaigns and data analysis. Because in this position you are involved in both marketing and recruitment, your work is very varied.

After starting at Luminis, you will have the opportunity to specialize even further. Does the technical side of online marketing appeal to you? Do you enjoy SEA and performance, or are you more interested in branding or events? We offer you the space to discover what you like and what really suits you!

Among other this, you are going to:

  • Manage our LinkedIn account
  • Collect and send content for newsletters
  • Implement website optimizations
  • Help with the organization of internal and external events
  • Optimize campaigns
  • Thinking about strategy
  • Analyze data and give improvement advice

What do we ask from you?

  • You graduated recently or have up to 2 years of work experience
  • You have a proactive and curious personality
  • You enjoy finding your own way within Luminis: you ask, discover and initiate
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • It is no requirement to have knowledge of our field, but you really want to learn more about it.

  • A salary between € 2300 and € 2700 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. On top of your salary you will receive a monthly net expense allowance of € 75.
