You also take care of the administration of the office branch. With a lot of positivity, enthusiasm, and life experience you will fix every problem that comes your way!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic office manager who will approach his / her work with a fresh outlook and a lot of energy. Someone who is happy to unburden customers and colleagues, and who does this with an open and friendly attitude. You switch between tasks easily, like to think ahead, connect, create, arrange and research. You communicate in a contemporary way, you have an eye for detail and a proactive attitude which makes everything you organise run smoothly.

In addition, you know how to respond to daily occurrences: the telephone rings, a customer is visiting and would like some coffee etc. With your presence you make customers and employees feel at ease. But you also think of cool birthday presents and register sick days for colleagues. In short: you are a jack of all trades.

What do we ask in return?

  • At least an MBO4 education;
  • Experience maintaining (financial) administrations;
  • The ability to work in an organised and structured way
  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language, and know how to communicate in English as well;
  • Several years of experience in a similar position;
  • You are available 24 to 32 hours a week.

Benefits

Our beautiful office is located in Amsterdam Halfweg, in two old sugar silos, also known as Sugar City. You will be part of a close-knit team in Amsterdam. In total, about 200 colleagues work at Luminis. You can organise your hours flexibly and divide them after consultation as you like. In addition, a laptop and company phone are provided, as well as a pension plan and a competitive salary. Furthermore you are entitled 29 days of paid leave, based on full-time appointment.
