Schulinck (part of Wolters Kluwer), JB Lorenz and Finext combined their expertise to strengthen municipality offices in the control of the social domain. They have a solution which identifies specific risk factors associated with youth care.
Luminis has developed the monitor, which can be easily integrated into the ‘Grip op… ‘ program of Schulinck, who provided this software to local authorities. There are two modules for the care of youth: a policy monitor module for benchmark purposes and a purchasing module, in which youth care can be purchased based on historical data. Adjustments can be made quickly based on this monitor. This monitor can be reused in other municipality domains (e.g. social support).
Both modules are realised by Luminis and are used by the various municipalities on a subscription basis. The expectation is that 60 municipalities offices will work with this youth care monitor. Luminis is seen as the technology partner within the cooperation between these parties.
The purpose of the 'Kennishuis' (which could be freely translated to mean Knowledge Center) was to develop a search engine used by the installation industry such that its members can easily find the relevant documents they are looking for.
