Senior Business Analist, Agile Coach

Richard has over 25 years of experience in many different roles in Information Technology, starting as a programmer and later working in roles as teamleader, project manager, coach, business analyst, and many more. The last few years, Richard has primarily worked as an Agile Coach and (Business) Consultant / Requirements Analyst. As an Agile Coach, Richard helped a number of (large) organisations with their adoption of Agile ways of working. As a (Business) Consultant, Richard helped with requirement analysis and requirements management for many organisations often in very complex situations. But, he still likes technology so he experiments with new technologies on a regular basis.

Richard has experience with clients in a number of different countries, including The Netherlands, Germany, United States, Great Britain, Belgium.

Richard is a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
