My world is: about standing up

Working at Luminis

Luminis has both the attention and room for development. When making decisions, we do not go for the most obvious choice, but dare to deviate from the customary. If someone comes up with an idea, they get the space to pursue it. As project manager, I want to give people that space and the right amount of attention. Thus we will achieve good results and I will see people grow. This gives me energy.

Typical for Luminis?

Luminis can be described as well organized chaos, the organization is flexible. The presence of a broad range of experience and knowledge allows us to change course when needed. We work in multidisciplinary teams. Working in short sprints, (iterations of 1-4 weeks) we deliver working software as a team. Cooperation, communication and team spirit are the keywords here.

My sound:

Genesis: Fading Lights (live at Knebworth 1992)
Fading Lights is a song by Genesis (Tony Banks, Mike Rutherford and Phil Collins) and was on one of my first CD’s: We can’t dance. This song is about 10 minutes long! Extraordinary solo’s by Tony Banks (keyboard) which made me dream of being able to play that way.
