What is Accelerate about?
- Accelerate aims to form the future generation of IT leaders.
- In a program that runs between 10 to 18 months, participants will simultaneously develop their technical and leadership skills.
- Due to the intensive setup, following the program equates to gaining multiple years of professional experience.
- Upon successful completion, participants will have the skillset to take on more responsible roles within your organization.

Not only in diversity of insights in the technical and human skills sessions, but also definitely in sharing knowledge and building the participants' network.
The Accelerate Formula
A unique setup facilitating personal and professional advancement.
- Accelerate is organized around the themes of empathy, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.
- It involves participants from different organizations, enabling them to look at the IT domain from different angles, to have intensive discussions, share knowledge, and learn from other organizations.
- During the program, the participants are educated by experts in the IT field and challenged to work on their human skills by experienced trainers.
- A personal coach guides them throughout, and a buddy helps them to reflect and learn.
The total setup helps participants to push their boundaries and compress professional growth of 4 to 5 years to the duration of the program.
Accelerate is a course that fits all ages and experiences: everyone has a different starting point and different goal. The argument 'it doesn't fit me' is not true, because it can fit anyone. You just have different goals and things you are going to achieve, but in that, Accelerate gives you complete freedom.
